Return Policy?
At ModaMichelle, we take pride in delivering high-quality, timeless fashion. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Exclusions: Final sale items and personalized products are non-returnable.
How to initiate a return?

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Securely package the item(s) and ship using the provided instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
